| Japan Recycle Ecolocar Industry Corporation aims to become Japan’s model
factory, as a recycling plant in complete conformity with the Automobile
Recycling Law, which enforced in January 2005. The company contributes
to society by playing a role in improving global and regional environments,
from the viewpoint of 100% recycling of end-of-life vehicles and minimizing
environmental impacts to the fullest extent practicable. |

| Environmental Activities |
| Our company does not employ the dismantling equipment that is generally used in the industry, but takes automobiles apart manually. In so doing, we achieve a high recycling rate of around 85%. By enhancing work efficiency, we have dealt with the difficult challenge of attaining both goals: increasing the recycling rate (reducing environmental impact) and improving profitability. |
